Participating in regular physical activity can prevent at least 25 chronic diseases - including diabetes, heart disease, and many types of cancer (1). There is also strong evidence showing that regular physical activity can significantly reduce the onset and severity mental illnesses such as anxiety and depression (2).
Participating in as little as 30 minutes of physical activity per day can improve your current and future health!
Go for a brisk walk, bike to work, or try yoga with the little ones!
